This past week we had our second to last weigh in and although I knew it was not going to be a good one I was not expecting what I got. I had actually gained some body fat. Upsetting is an understatement. This past month I just let the fact that my trainer has not kept up with her commitment again to take it easy on myself in the exercise department. I am very envious of the relationships that the other contestants have with their trainers. They seem to be on the same page with what being a part of this contest is supposed to be. To get healthy through diet and exercise. They have been to the weigh ins for moral support and encouragement. I do not even know if my trainer has looked at one month of the magazine to see the results. I am getting back to the commitment that I made to myself and will get back on track and continue to reach my goal beyond the contest.

I know that I have not blogged for a few weeks so I have some catching up to do. So here goes…
Had another weigh in yesterday and although I lost weight I did not lose any body fat and I even lost some muscle. So to describe it in a word “frustrated” would just about sum up how I am feeling. I just feel that I am not getting everything that I should be getting out of this experience. I didn’t really work out with my trainer much last month although I have been doing some form of exercise everyday. I have tried to work out a meal plan that works around my wants and needs. My husband has been working out with me also. I am just hoping that this month will be better and I will see lower numbers where they need to be.
On a happier note I was able to get info a beautiful blue dress two weeks ago that I could not even button and if I say so myself I was looking mighty good.
